Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?
For diagnostics and bigger work please call ahead so we can give you a real bay time and the right technician. Quick items like a tire repair, a top-up, or a battery test we will usually fit in same-day if you call in the morning.
How does drop-off work?
Pull up out front before 8am, leave the keys in the secure drop slot beside the front door, and call or note your phone number on the drop envelope. We will reach out before we touch anything that you have not already authorized.
Will you tell me what something costs before you do it?
Yes, every time. Our standing rule: we quote before we work. If we find something during the inspection that needs attention, we call you with the cost and the priority before we proceed.
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
Most makes and most models. Domestic, Asian, and European cars and light trucks are all in our daily mix. If a job requires a specialty tool or programming we can confirm before you book.
Do you work on hybrids and electric vehicles?
We service hybrid drivetrains and EV chassis work (brakes, suspension, tires, alignment, cabin filters, A/C). For high-voltage battery internals we may refer you to a specialist or the manufacturer dealer when that is the right answer.
Are my repairs warrantied?
TechNet labour and parts come with a 24-month / 40,000 km nationwide TechNet Professional warranty on most repairs. Specific coverage depends on the part; we explain it on the invoice.
Do you accept extended-warranty claims?
Yes. We are an authorized facility for Lubrico, Global Warranty, People's Choice, and others. Bring the warranty paperwork or the policy number and we handle the claim from our end.
Do you handle fleet vehicles?
Yes. We are authorized for G.E. Capital Fleet Services, A.R.I., Element Fleet Management, Enterprise E-Fleet, and Wheels. Fleet managers can email us purchase orders directly.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Fleet customers are billed on terms by purchase order.

1244 Victoria Street North, Kitchener — north side of Victoria, between Lackner and the Expressway. Plenty of customer parking out front.
